In Canyon of Calypso can reach someone heading up the road from the coastal village
Kokkino Nero the road to the village Karitsa. Shortly before the village, turn left on the gravel road, which will take us in the gorge. It is truly
unique and is considered as one of the best in Europe. The forest with its wild virgin vegetation combined with the waterfall that reaches 70 meters
height, gives the feeling of the Amazon rainforest.
In recent years the in canyon of Calypso organized by experienced guides, journeys which involve combining rappelling, downhill vertical rock sections
and waterfalls using climbing equipment (rapel) and swimming in crystal clear natural lakes. These activities typically last from May until October.
